All Return and Exchange must be initated within 30 Days from delivery date.
Change of Mind
We do not offer refunds for change of mind, but we’re happy to provide an exchange! If you’re dissatisfied with your kit for any reason, contact us at service@kdafio.com, and we’ll work with you to find a solution. See our exchange process below for details.
Faulty or Damaged Items
If your kit arrives damaged or missing parts, please email us at service@kdafio.com with a description and photos of the issue. We’ll promptly resolve the problem by sending replacements for faulty items or issuing a refund if a replacement isn’t available.
Exchange
To arrange an exchange, email us at service@kdafio.com for return shipping instructions. Once we receive your returned kit or tracking information confirming its delivery to our warehouse, we’ll ship your replacement kit.
Return
To initiate a return, contact us at service@kdafio.com.

Refund
For eligible refunds (confirmed via service@kdafio.com), we’ll notify you once your return is received and inspected. If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method. Note that it may take 1–2 weeks for your bank or credit card provider to process and post the refund.
