Thank you for shopping at Kdafio. We are committed to providing you with an excellent shipping experience. Below are the terms and conditions that constitute our Shipping Policy.
Order Processing
Shipment processing time
All orders are processed within 2-3 business days. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays.
During high-volume periods, such as major sales or holidays, please be aware that shipments may be slightly delayed. We appreciate your patience and will notify you via email if there is a significant delay in the shipment of your order.
Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates
Shipping charges for your order are calculated and displayed at checkout. We offer the following shipping options:
Shipping Cost:
This is our default shipping method for most destinations. The typical delivery time-frame is 10-12 business days. for a fee of $6, this only offers orders belowe $45. That means over $45 we do not charge from yours.
Shipping Area:
Currently we ship all US ordinary address and France, Spain ordinary address
Please note that these are estimates, and the final delivery time will be confirmed on the date of your delivery based on your address. Delivery delays due to carrier issues or customs processing are outside of our control.
Shipment Confirmation & Order Tracking
Once your order has shipped, you will receive a Shipment Confirmation email containing your tracking number(s). The tracking number will become active within 24-48 hours. You can also track your order status at any time by visiting our Order Tracking page.
Shipment to P.O. Boxes or APO/FPO Addresses
Please note that we are currently unable to ship to P.O. boxes and APO/FPO/DPO addresses.
Customs, Duties, and Taxes
Kdafio is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed after shipping are the responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes, etc.). We recommend checking with your local customs office for more information.
Damages & Shipping Protection
While we take great care in packaging your order, Kdafio’s liability for packages damaged or lost during shipping is limited once they are handed over to the carrier. If you received your order damaged, we recommend contacting the shipment carrier to file a claim. Please save all packaging materials and damaged goods before filing a claim.
